Krista Wade, Facilitator

Krista is a proven leader who possesses the unique combination of experience and skills in Business Development, Operations, Organizational Development, Culture Transformation, and Business Strategy. Krista’s background leading fast-growing, professional services organizations that leverage technology to create remarkable experiences for their stakeholders, coupled with her passion for leadership development, makes her the perfect ally to drive change, coach business leaders, and be a strategic mentor for any team.


After more than 20 years in leadership roles, Krista launched Wade Growth Advisors and works across industries to create a corporate culture of performance, accountability, and growth for clients. She is recognized as a strategist, leader, facilitator, change agent, and coach whose focus is developing high-performance leadership teams, creating organizational alignment and execution, and strengthening the culture and morale of diverse organizations. 


Krista’s ability to inspire, coach, and lead has yielded exceptional business growth and raised the personal and professional lives of those she works with. She has forged a pattern of improvement and success for the companies and clients she’s worked with, earning recognition from:

Krista is also a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and Scaling Up Coach. A native to South Florida, she is a wife, mother, music lover, and a certified yoga instructor.

Robyn Rubinoff, Operations Manager


Robyn joined SImpact in March 2021. She currently serves as the Operations Manager and is responsible for the administrative, logistical and operational aspects of SImpact.

 

Prior to SImpact, Robyn owned and operated businesses in Boca Raton, Florida, including an embroidery and screen printing business, an personalized baby gift website, and a craft gallery featuring artists from across the United States.

She has also been deeply involved in volunteering for nonprofits, chairing fundraising events and serving as an officer in 2 different organizations.

 

She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in management and psychology.

She is the proud mother of two sons.

Liz Sobel, Chief of Staff

 

Liz joined SImpact in September 2022.  She is currently serving as Chief of Staff, while also supporting Gil in his other professional endeavors.

Prior to joining the SImpact team, Liz had a lot of professional and community-based experience ranging from launching and running her own business, supporting a best-selling author, directing a Digital Media Department at a residential summer camp, and engaging in social activism and volunteering.

 

Liz graduated from the University of Florida and then went on the receive her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.

Liz has 3 amazing children (also Florida Gators!)

Avi Weintraub, Facilitator

Avi is the manager and owner of various real estate related ventures under the Weintraub Companies’ umbrella, an active investor in the cannabis space and Chair of the Tiger 21 Miami Groups 01 and 03.

He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida where he also studied architectural design. He is a Certified General Contractor and real estate broker. Mr. Weintraub has successfully built on that knowledge to create a multi-faceted, full-service company engaged in real estate development, construction and residential property acquisitions, holdings and management. 

Avi has been active in the South Florida business community for more than 30 years and his experience encompasses commercial and residential development as well as the construction of scores of projects with over 3,000,000 square feet throughout South Florida, including office complexes, retail centers, schools, warehouses, apartments, condominiums and attached/detached single family homes. His latest projects are a 110,000 square foot office condominium in Aventura, Florida and a 120 unit residential townhouse development in North Dade, Florida.   His companies have received many accolades from various municipalities for design and construction, as well as achieving the INC 500 list of Fastest Growing Companies in 2007 and 2008 for Weintraub Construction Company.

Beginning in 2016, Mr. Weintraub began researching and investing in the Cannabis sector, and has made several investments in a wide range of companies from multi-state operators to grow facilities to private equity funds.

After having been a member of Tiger 21 for over five years, Avi transitioned to becoming a Chair for Tiger 21 and is new leading Miami Groups 01 and 03.

Avi is involved with, and has volunteered on the boards of several charitable organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and State of Israel Bonds. He recently joined SImpact as a facilitator.

His hobbies include boating and skiing, and he currently resides in Aventura with his wife Maria and their sons Sami and Dani.

Heather Siskind, Facilitator

 

Heather Siskind brings an impressive 30-year journey through the world of early childhood education to her role as CEO of the esteemed Jack & Jill Center. As a stalwart leader in the field, she is steering this renowned nonprofit organization, the longest-standing provider of early childhood education in Broward County, towards a brighter future.

Heather's unwavering dedication to early childhood education was ignited during her formative years in Illinois, where she grew up with limited resources. From her early days, shxe felt a profound connection to the cause and would passionately volunteer at the very childcare center that had nurtured her as a young girl.

In her current capacity as CEO, Heather holds the reins of the Jack & Jill Center, shaping its strategic vision, cultivating a secure and enriching learning atmosphere, guiding a dedicated team, stewarding financial resources, and fostering fruitful relationships with the Center's board, parents, community leaders, and fellow early childhood advocates.

Since taking the helm in 2014, Heather's leadership has seen Jack & Jill Center expand its offerings to include the Madelaine Halmos Academy, an elementary school serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade.

Heather's illustrious career also encompasses roles such as the Director of Dependent Care Services at Baptist Health South Florida, where she oversaw four early learning centers, and prior positions as Director of Early Childhood Programs at organizations like the YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade and Miami-Dade College.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heather's commitment to empowering women, promoting educational and racial equity, and advocating for high-quality early education shines brightly. Her tenure as President of the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children and her recognition by the Women's Edge as one of the Top Women-Led Businesses in Florida in 2020 through 2022 underscore her impact.

A true believer in helping others achieve their potential, Heather has coached numerous women in attaining higher educational goals and securing meaningful employment. She staunchly champions the belief that every child deserves a top-notch early education.

Heather is a proud holder of both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida International University and earned two associate degrees from Miami Dade College. She currently calls Plantation, Florida home, where she resides with her family, rescue dogs, and cats.


Her interests are as diverse as her career, including a passion for reading, certification as a yoga instructor, a deep appreciation for art, a green thumb as a plant mom, and an unwavering love for animals. When she's not immersed in her professional endeavors, you can often find her participating in 5Ks and 10Ks, surrounded by friends and family, embracing life to the fullest.
